Had a superb lousy trade.... so lousy that I took 1 weekend to recover & reflect on it (also very busy lah!) =)

Thinking back, so silly of me.... post trade analysis is always straight forward to mind and reflection is crystal clear! Anyway, here is my post trade.... i guess I was too anxious to enter the mkt....

-roadmap Long is correct, retracement level wrong. timing wrong.

-As mentioned, this pair is still trending upflow nicely, hence have been waiting for an oppty aka a BUY SET UP.

- Was rather concerned with the many Red coded news that is coming up yest... esp GBP rate news tend to be very big swings.... hence I decided to adopt a more conservative approach when shifting my SL - dun wanna get whipped for nothing.  News calender from here. I dun take note of all Red-coded news, today I was concerned with the few highlighted.

-Still trying to determine if this trade was Pure Luck!? Asking my trading friends...

2010-10-05 - EURUSD - Long

Have been waiting for a nice set up on GBPUSD for the past 3 days.... but alas... when price failed to move in my favour.... took me out with spikes.... When it actually happen, I got chickened out! damn!

-Havent been trading this pair for a while now.... price has moved up too much & little retracement beyong 50%... hence not much confidence. Somehow I spotted a potential yest and went for it. Phew.... can cover some of my losses from the GBPUSD trade.

-Rather straight forward trade.
